  1. It would be nice to see a link to the study or decrees that lead to the ruling.

    From the limited data here, it’s hard to tell if this just some anti-vaxer judge, or if there really is something to this.

  2. The study was the National Toxicology Program, as noted above. And the level causing the alarm was twice that permitted/recommended for drinking water….
    yes, this is a suit by the anti-vax affiliated crowd. If I put twice the recommended amount of almost anything into my body, odds are good the result will, over the long run, be harmful to my body. Duh…
    So the real question is, what will be the results of the new studies the judge has just mandated. I suspect video games and TV have a more harmful effect on childhood brain development than fluoride.
