  1. Hopefully the jail development will move faster than the City Market block. The market was closed last March what I waste, nothing has happened with the project. The tenants could have stayed longer and market could have stayed open.

  2. How about some high-rise residential in that area. Nashville is burning it up with high-rise residential and we’re lucky if we can get a 22 story building built.

    1. That would be a great idea… but it seems the city is afraid to build up for some reason.
Unfortunately this parcel sits next to the city bus depot where the police are there more than law abiding citizens.
The city bus depot has become an eye sore and a magnet for degenerates.

  3. Why don’t we revisit the Eleven Park project that the city mishandled, effectively shutting Keystone Properties out? Now, it’s just another eyesore, littered with Yellow Freight trailers.

Way to go, Mayor, with the grand plan to make the city a magnet for businesses and a hub for tourists. Sad. Every time something starts to show promise, Boss Hogsett and his administration seem to make it disappear.

    1. I will never understand why Hogsett killed Eleven Park with no guarantees Indy could ever land an MLS team.
