Lovely, but what about a basement for tornados??????
It’s a condo on the top floor of another building. He would have to probably ride an elevator to the lower floors or basement if it got that bad. To be honest, I haven’t seen a tornado that bad, where I needed to go to the basement in the 50yrs ive been living.
